The World Dodgeball Association World Cup

The World Dodgeball Association is the governing body of dodgeball. I am President of United States Dodgeball and the America’s representative on the WDA’s leadership council. In 2018 The US won the bid for the Dodgeball World Cup. I was responsible for overseeing all operations of the event.

Over twenty teams from a dozen countries participated at the Hulu Theatre in Madison Square Garden after qualifying through international qualifying events . It was my responsibility to supervise sponsorships, broadcast production, player relations and to work hand in hand with Madison Square Garden staff on event logistics.

We produced marketing materials and design elements ranging from team uniforms, websites to social media assets to support the event.

I consulted the broadcast production team and provided color commentary for the event featured on ESPN’s special presentation of ESPN The OCHO.
